Terms of purchase (English)

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. If the agreement applies to a custom-made product - or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we provide information.

You have no right of withdrawal if:

The service has been started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on financial market fluctuations, for example a share, the product due to its nature can not be returned, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.

Once you exercise your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

DELIVERIES

Delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. Our ambition is to send the item from our warehouse within 1-2 working days of the order received. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective item.

Uncollected Packages

If you have chosen cash on delivery as shipping, your goods will remain in the mail for four weeks. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 199 (~19 EUR)

RETURNS

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must,

in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, unless it causes inconvenience to you.

Repayment obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notice that you have regretted. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for returning so-called replacement goods.

PRISER OCH BETALNING

Varje vara anges med pris inklusive moms. I kundvagnen kan man se det totala priset inklusive alla avgifter, moms, frakt och betalning. Betalningsvillkor finns angiven i kundvagnen beroende av valt betalningssätt.

Fraktvillkor finns angiven i kundvagnen beroende av valt fraktsätt.

ÅNGERRÄTT

Din ångerrätt (ångerfristen) gäller under 30 dagar. I ditt meddelande till oss måste det klart framgå att du ångrar dig. Ångerfristen börjar löpa den dag du tog emot varan eller en väsentlig del av den. Om avtalet gäller en specialtillverkad vara – eller en vara som fått en tydlig personlig prägel, börjar ångerfristen löpa den dag vi lämnat information.

Du har inte ångerrätt om:

Tjänsten påbörjats under ångerfristen med ditt samtycke, priset är beroende av finansmarknadens svängningar, till exempel en aktie, varan på grund av sin beskaffenhet inte kan återlämnas, förseglingen brutits på ljud- eller bildupptagningar eller datorprogram. Med försegling avses även teknisk plombering.

När du utnyttjat din ångerrätt:

Du är skyldig att hålla varan i lika gott skick som när du fick den. Du får inte använda den, men naturligtvis försiktigt undersöka den. Om varan skadas eller kommer bort på grund av att du är vårdslös förlorar du ångerrätten.

LEVERANSER

Leveranstiden anges i kundvagnen under respektive fraktsätt. Vi har som ambition att skicka varan från vårt lager inom 1-2 arbetsdagar från mottagen order. Om en vara har avvikande leveranstid står det angivet vid respektive vara.

Ej uthämtade paket

Har du valt postförskott som fraktsätt finns dina varor kvar på posten under fyra veckor. Ej hämtade varor returneras till oss. För alla paket som inte löses ut förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig kostnader för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hanteringsavgift, för närvarande 199:-

RETURER

Returer sker på din egen bekostnad utom om varan är defekt eller om vi har packat fel. Returer ska skickas som brev eller paket, inte mot postförskott. Vid byten betalar vi den nya frakten från oss till dig.

När du utnyttjat din ångerrätt ska du,

om det gäller en vara: sända eller lämna tillbaka den till oss

om det gäller en tjänst: hålla materialet tillgängligt för oss, om det inte medför besvär för dig.

Återbetalningsskyldighet:

Vi ska, om du utnyttjat din ångerrätt, betala tillbaka vad du har betalat för varan snarast eller senast inom 30 dagar från den dag då vi tog emot varan eller, om det är en tjänst, meddelandet om att du ångrat dig. Du får själv betala returkostnaderna när du sänder tillbaka varan. Vi betalar alltid returkostnaden för att sända tillbaka så kallade ersättningsvaror.
